Ukrainian Village has now absorbed some of Wicker Park`s artsy overflow, resulting in an appealing mix of trendy boutiques and clubs alongside greasy diners and dingy corner bars. The neighborhood is well-maintained, full of modern flats and new construction condos. The thoroughfares of Division Street and Chicago Avenue are full of coffee shops, record stores and affordable eateries, and a number of public gardens brighten the neighborhood in the summer months.
