You:

The perfect candidate has a background in retail or sales. You like helping people and people like you. You are outgoing, hardworking, service minded and passionate about what you do. You also have a clean criminal record and access to a presentable and insured vehicle (a love of driving and not getting lost is helpful as well.) Lastly you must be willing to work weekends and on a commission basis.

The job:

You get to help people, work in a fun environment and make good money doing it. Our very best agents make up to six digits. But you have to be good. Clients come to you to find an apartment. You will assess your clients' needs and match them with the perfect place. You will do the search and you will drive your clients to see possible matches. To help you succeed we have the industry's best training, award winning marketing, four convenient locations, a comprehensive database of great apartments and a fantastic support staff.
