The Job
You'll work in an exciting, high-energy environment where you determine your own income potential. On average, our commission-based leasing agents earn 40k, with our top leasing agents making more than 100k. As a leasing agent, you help your clients find their next home. To help you succeed, we provide you with weekly training classes with our nationally renowned sales trainer in addition to everyday use of our advanced software systems, award-winning marketing, and an extensive database of apartments unique to CAF. You will also benefit from our dedicated, highly professional support staff.
You
The perfect candidate has a background in retail, sales, or the service industry. More importantly, you are charismatic, hardworking and resourceful. You are required to have a clean criminal record and access to a presentable, insured vehicle. In addition, you should be prepared to work the weekends, as these are our busiest days.
